My favorite summer food/meal is..............
Suzanne: Grilled burger
Haile: Tomatoes are my favorite summer food, and my favorite summer meal is... Grilled steak, sliced tomatoes with fresh basil, corn on the cob and a biscuit - unless it's too hot to turn on the oven.
Kelly: I scream for ice cream!
Bunny: Tomatoes + basil from my garden with fresh mozzarella slices and a bit of balsamic. Num!

My favorite summer food is actually squash. I know, I know ... I guess I'm old now. BUT - my favorite summer MEAL is fruit salad with strawberry yogurt. Mmmmm!

Silver Strands - thanks for stopping by! I love me some squash, too. Haile and I both had a good time cooking up zucchini earlier in the summer - she sautés hers with butter and onion and it's delish!
