Very Vanilla Ice Cream

I tend to think of vanilla as boring, but if you have a really good vanilla, it's out-of-this-world good! This recipe is for said good vanilla - from the man himself, Alton Brown. It's a no-egg recipe, if you prefer that sort of thing. And it uses a real vanilla bean, so like I said, out-of-this-world good!
